Entrance:
To get to Isla Victoria, you first have to enter in Isla Dorada. There is a security check at the entrance of the development. Residents own a magnetic card while visitors have to register for a maximum level of security. Once in Isla Dorada, you can enjoy the beauty of the development, doing over bridges and surrounded by a lot of vegetation and channels. It feels like you are in another city. Isla Victoria is located at the end of Isla Dorada. There is another checkpoint anti vigilance. Here you can park your car in front of the house and choose either the main door with fingerprint lock or the service door.

Inside:
All the interior spaces are very spacious and the decoration of the house is very tasteful: luxurious and discreet. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, a TV cabinet connected to a surround system installed directly into the walls of the house to enjoy the best experience. The dining room is large with a large table and 8 chairs. The kitchen in this house is incredible. The spaces are spacious and the equipment is unreal. It has a professional coffee machine, and all the appliances are branded Honey. It has a granite bar with 3 benches, ideal for breakfast.
Down the stairs, there is a storage with a wine cellar. There is a service entrance were is located the utility room, and the laundry center.

Bedrooms:
This house has 3 bedrooms and a service / visit room. Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom.
The master bedroom is very spacious, has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and a spacious and luxurious private bathroom. The bedroom has access to a beautiful terrace and overlooks the gardens of Victoria Island and the lagoon.
The second bedroom has 2 double beds, its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. It also overlooks the gardens and shares the terrace with the main room.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and is located on the other side of the house, over the parking lot. It also overlooks the Nichupte Lagoon.
The utility room is located behind the kitchen. It is much bigger than a traditional service room, so it can be used as a visiting room. It has its own bathroom and a large closet to store your clothes. This room has the same luxury finishes as the other rooms.

Outside:
The third floor of the house is a terrace where you find a solarium and a jacuzzi. It is the ideal place to sunbathe in total privacy. The jacuzzi is “infinity” type and the terrace has 2 loungers. The roof also has a large cellar.
The terrace of the middle floor is the ideal place to have breakfast. It has a small table with 2 chairs. Downstairs, the main terrace is spacious and has a dining area, 2 loungers and an access to the beautiful gardens of Isla Victoria
On the other side of the house is the covered parking for 2 cars.
